When you submit an enquiry, purchase planning, or use your private inquiry link, we collect the contact, trip and conversation details you provide. Please do not send passport numbers, full payment-card details or other sensitive identity information through our forms.
How we use it
We use this information to respond, deliver itinerary planning, manage payment and fulfillment status, maintain an audit trail, and protect the service from abuse. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
Records are stored with providers that operate this website. Specialist providers deliver transactional email and secure checkout. Blue Wing Travel does not receive or store full card numbers. Information may be processed outside your country subject to the safeguards offered by those providers.
Retention and security
We keep service records only as long as reasonably needed for fulfillment, customer support, fraud prevention, accounting and legal obligations. Private inquiry links are access credentials; do not forward them. Administrative access is restricted and significant record changes are logged.
Your choices
