Blue Wing Travel is a focused planning studio for visitors travelling through Abu Dhabi, Dubai and the landscapes between them. The planner’s job is to question the route, verify the practical details and explain why each recommendation earns its place.
Our point of view is geography first, energy second, wish list third. We group places that belong together, protect the cool hours, and leave margin for a child’s pool break, a long lunch or an arrival that does not run precisely to schedule.

Response hours: Monday-Friday, 09:00-18:00 Gulf Standard Time.

Before you ask us to plan
Do you make reservations?
No. Our current products are planning and itinerary-design services. You pay hotels, attractions, transport providers and other suppliers directly. Your itinerary shows what to reserve and links to official sources.
How current is the advice?
Material opening hours and official links are checked during planning and marked with a verification date. You receive a final action checklist to recheck time-sensitive details shortly before travel.
Can you plan around children or reduced mobility?
Yes. Tell us ages, walking tolerance, equipment and rest needs at intake. We add pacing, access questions and fallback options, but do not provide medical advice.
What happens after payment?
The planning desk confirms the brief within one business day, arranges the included consultation and gives you a dated delivery window. Revisions and final delivery stay connected to the same inquiry record.
How recommendations work
Editorial guides are written for usefulness and do not imply endorsement by a destination, hotel, airline or attraction. If a recommendation includes a commercial relationship, that relationship is disclosed. We do not publish testimonials until they come from real customers.
